HOW DO I USE THE LOOKBOOK?
With our Lookbook, we offer clients a tool to view our products as used in a setting. Click on the product to your liking to receive more information, to add it to your wishlist or to purchase it.
HOW CAN I SEE THE PRODUCTS IN A SETTING?
You can browse to our 3D showroom and walk through our showroom digitally or by viewing our Lookbook.
WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD THE CATALOG?
In the footer of our webshop, you can find the most recent catalog under "downloads".
CAN I SAVE MY FAVORITE PRODUCTS?
Yes. U can easlily create lists for different projects, and add all of your favorite items to it. You can create a new list by browsing to your account and click on the button "My Favorites".
ORDER INFORMATION
CAN I PLACE A QUOTE?
You can select the desired products via All Products or Lookbook and place them in your shopping cart. Here you can choose for an order or quotation. If you choose a quotation, you will automatically receive the quotation by email. On your account page, the quote can be easily converted into an order. Please note, these products are not reserved for you.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?
There is no minimum order in our webshop.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER QUICKLY?
You can select the desired products via Products or Rooms and place them in your shopping cart. Then you choose either order or quote. If you choose order, select the shipping method and complete the order by making payment. The order confirmation will be sent to you automatically.
HOW CAN I VIEW MY PLACED ORDERS/ QUOTES?
Once the order is placed, you will automatically receive an order/quote confirmation. You can also review all your orders/quotes on your account page on our webshop.
SHIPMENT
WHAT'S THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?
The majority of our items we keep in stock. However, there may be a delivery time for some items like upholstered products in a fabric of your choice. This depends entirely on the type of product.
CAN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?
You can choose to ship your order to one of the addresses in your address book. Do you want to shiip to another one? Please contact internal sales to add a new address to your address book.
CAN MY ORDER BE PICKED UP?
Yes. When completing your order, you have the choice of having the goods delivered or picked up.
CAN I CHOOSE PARTIAL DELIVERY?
Your delivery date will we communicated through the 'My Account' section. Once you have placed an order, our team will schedule a date, depending on stock or pre-orders. Would you like a partial delivery of certain goods? Please let us know in the comments.
CLAIMS
WHERE CAN I FILE A COMPLAINT?
In our webshop footer, you can download the complaint form through the 'Claims' link. We kindly ask you to fill out the document completely and send it by e-mail to claims@domedeco.com. Please include pictures where necessary.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT A RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT?
We will do our best to inform you as soon as possible. You should expect a response from us no later than 5 days after submission.

GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY
CAN I RETURN ITEMS OF MY ORDER?
No. You can't return the items once you've placed your order.
